rounded up some right wingers and other miscreants, taught them basics of classic style trolling and how to avoid banning while still causing trouble, set up troll hunters and anti-troll hunters, instructed them to write certain kinds of diaries (lately 9/11 conspiracy theories and goodbye cruel world diaries -- although most of those are genuine).

started about a year and a half ago with research under the account you know about from that period.

Since when can't the government deliver the mail? Dirt cheap, at least as reliable as any private alternative, tons of local offices (when I'm not home to sign for a package I don't have to drive to some crazy industrial park to pick it up). USPS is an example of a government organization that works.
